BUCKINGHAMSHIRE
1987-1990 - Buckinghamshire County Council replaced the main roads SLI/H lanterns to SOX lanterns . The old SLI/H lanterns were THORN ALPHA 5 lanterns and THORN ALPHA 6 lanterns . The new lanterns are PHILIPS MA lanterns ( SOX bulbs , less gear ,Nema socket 1 part photocells) .
A Lot of councils replaced theseSLI/H lanterns in 87-90 with either SOX or SON-T lanterns
2012 - Buckinghamshire County Council has started using WRTL LIBRA LED lanterns and these has got SELC 8480? Nema socket photocells .
In beginning of 2013 , Buckinghamshire County Council has started changing a lot of the group A ( main roads ) street lights to URBIS EVOLO lanterns ( CosmoPolis Cosmo White bulb CPO ,electronic dimming ballest , low profile Bowl , SELC 8480? Nema socket photocell ) . The old lanterns were SOX lanterns and SON-T lanterns .
From November 2013 ,Buckinghamshire County Council has started changing a lot of the group A ( main roads ) street lights to LED lanterns . The lanterns are Urbis Teceo lanterns and Urbis Axia lanterns . These has got dimming electronic ballests ,SELC 8480? Nema socket photocells and miniature photocells .The old lanterns were SOX lanterns and SON-T lanterns .
From Sept 2014 ,Buckinghamshire County Council has started changing a lot of the group A ( main roads ) street lights to LED lanterns . The lanterns are DW Windsor Kirium lanterns ( Nema socket SELC 8480? photocell ) .The old lanterns were SOX lanterns and SON-T lanterns .
From June 2015 ,Buckinghamshire County Council has started changing a lot of the group A ( main roads ) street lights to LED lanterns . The lanterns are Urbis Ampera Lanterns ( Nema socket SELC 8480? photocell ) .The old lanterns were SOX lanterns and SON-T lanterns .
From Spring 2015 ,Buckinghamshire County Council has started changing a lot of the group A ( main roads ) street lights Lamp posts with new white colour metal lamp posts with post top Urbis Ampera Lanterns ( Nema socket SELC 8480? photocell ).
