There is about 20 of these lanterns in PADBURY . A telegraph post with a top entry ELECO WELWYN open type lantern with a glass refractor . On the control box the lid is missing and you can see the timeswitch and the discharge bulb control gear .

In this lantern there is 3 pin BC bulb holder in it and it got a MBF MERCURY discharge bulb in the lantern .
