This is along LONDON END ( A40) and this photo was taken in JAN 2005.

In 2004 all the street lights were changed to DW WINDSOR 6-8M ? Heritage posts with double arm brackets with 2  DW WINDSOR WINDSOR lanterns ( SON-T bulb ,integral gear , miniature 1 part photocell )  .The old street lights were THORN ALPHA 3 lanterns (semi-cut off type bowls , less gear, SON-T bulbs , 2 part photocells ) and these were on 10M metal posts .

Before the THORN ALPHA 3 lanterns , they were top entry lanterns mounted at 8M on the same posts .

This is along STATION ROAD ( B474) and this photo was taken in NOV 2005 .

The street lights are 8M metal posts with THORN ALPHA 3 lanterns,PHILIPS SG203 lanterns ,URBIS ZX2 lanterns and GEC Z8524 lanterns all with SON-T bulbs.

In the middle 80s ,all the lanterns were changed from REVO HORIZON lanterns  to THORN ALPHA 3 lanterns (semi-cut off type bowls , less gear, SONT bulbs , 2 part photocells ) .In the 1960s ? all the lamps posts were 5M REVO cast iron posts with post top REVO C1O239 lanterns.

All these lanterns on these street lights posts were changed to URBIS TECEO lanterns  ( nema socket SELC 8480? photocell ) in the year 2014.
