Hertfordshire County Council has started replacing the group A main roads street lights lanterns to LED lanterns in Dec 2014 . Last year in Dec 2014, I noticed some roads in Watford have been
changed to new Led street lights lanterns. The new lanterns are Urbis AMPERA led lanterns with CMS Telensa. Telecells.
The council is not changing the group B side road street lights lanterns .
