This is along LOWER ROAD and this photo was taken in DEC 2006.

The street lights are 6M D.W.WINDSOR heritage metal posts with side entry D.W.WINDSOR STRATUM lanterns ( SONT bulbs , integral gear , miniature 1 part photocells , DIAMOND OPTIC reflectors ) .In the 70s-90S there were 5M metal posts with post top ELECO  PT828 lanterns ( less gear,35W SOX bulbs ?) .
