These posts and lanterns were installed in 2006 and all these lanterns switch on and off at the same time . D.W.WINDSOR NEXUS lantern is part of the Optima Series  range of lanterns .

The old streetlights were 10M ? metal posts with THORN ALPHA 8 lanterns ( SON-T bulbs , plastic type , integral gear , Nema socket photocells ) . The old lanterns before the THORN ALPHA 8 lanterns were side entry GEC 8426 lanterns ( SON bulbs , less gear , semi cut of bowls ) .
