This Christmas tree is along LONDON END ( A40) and and this is on every 10M lamp post along this road and they got clear bulbs . This photo was taken in Dec 1991 . These Christmas trees are controlled by timeswitches and these are in the bottom of the lamp posts. The lanterns on these posts are THORN ALPHA 3 lanterns (semi-cut off type bowls , less gear, SONT bulbs , 2 part photocells ) .In 2004 all the street lights were changed to new ones along this road .

In NOV 2005 all these street lights posts have now got Christmas lights on them and these are the same as christmas 2004 ones .

In 2004 all the street lights were changed to DW WINDSOR 6-8M ? Heritage posts with double arm brackets with 2  DW WINDSOR WINDSOR lanterns.The old street lights were THORN ALPHA 3 lanterns (semi-cut off type bowls , less gear, SONT bulbs , 2 part photocells ) and these were on 10M metal posts .

These Christmas lights are along STATION ROAD ( B474) and this photo was taken in DEC 1987. The Christmas lights on the lamp posts are made by  IRVINE MARTIN .

The street lights are 8M metal posts with THORN ALPHA 3 lanterns ( SONT bulbs , less gear , RTE P42 2 part photocells) .

These Christmas lights are along STATION ROAD ( B474) and this photo was taken in NOV 2005 .These christmas lights are the same as in WYCOMBE END ( A40) .The street lights are 8M metal posts with THORN ALPHA 3 lanterns,PHILIPS SG203 lanterns ,URBIS ZX2 lanterns and GEC Z8524 lanterns all with SONT bulbs. In the middle 80s ,all the lanterns were changed from REVO HORIZON lanterns  to THORN ALPHA 3 lanterns (semi-cut off type bowls , less gear, SONT bulbs , 2 part photocells ) .In the 1960s ? all the lamps posts were 5M REVO cast iron posts with post top REVO C1O239 lanterns.
