This is along THE KINGSWAY ( B4290 ) and this was taken in Year May 2003 . This section has got new lights .My guess these are made by URBIS ,the posts are 10M tall , SON-T bulbs and they look like they got miniature photocells on them . The lanterns that I seen in the rest of SWANSEA they have not got any photocells on them . |
