My guess this is made by URBIS and there is no name plate on this lantern . The hinge is on the side of the lantern . The reflector looks like the same in URBIS lanterns .

This was installed in 2009 .  All the old street lights along DEAN STREET were replaced with new posts and LARGE GREY WORNUM lanterns .

This is a photo is of a new post top LARGE GREY WORNUM lantern ( reflector with 2 horizontal   CosmoPolis Cosmo White ( CPO TW ) bulbs  , LeafNode) and this is on a replacement 10M metal post . My guess this is made by URBIS and there is no name plate on this lantern . The hinge is on the side of the lantern . This lantern looks it is a bigger lantern than a normal LARGE GREY WORNUM lantern  . My guess  they done this ,so they can fit 2 bulbs in it . The reflector looks like the same in URBIS lanterns . On the top of this lantern ,there is 2 LeafNode aerials .
