Along the PROMENADE ( sea front , beach ) there were 5M octagonal metal posts with post top GEC Z5674 lanterns with MBF bulbs . In the 90s these were change to new 6M posts with top entry URBIS CARLTON lanterns ( MH bulbs ? ) with miniature 1 part photocells .

This is along the PROMENADE (near the beach ) and this was taken in Year 1994 . These old 5M cast iron posts with swan neck brackets and top entry BLEECO OPEN TYPE CONCIAL No 677 lanterns are in the fairground area of the PROMENADE which is near the beach . It is near the SOUTH TERRACE ROAD . |

This is along the OAKCROFT GARDENS and this was taken in Year 1997 . There is about 20 Concrete Utilities ( CU PHOSCO ) AVENUE concrete posts with top entry BEELCO OPEN TYPE CONICAL No 677 lanterns with 2 PIECE DUE-DOME REFRACTORS and these has got MBF bulbs . |
