SURREY , ENGLAND ( GREAT BRITAIN )

In 2011 ,Surrey County Council has started changing most of the street lights with new ones .These new street lights are controlled by a Central Management System .  

The Central Management System is a LeafNut Central Management System .

In these street lights lanterns , there are Ballest Nodes and each one gets its signal from a remote controller (Collector ) by radio control . This remote controller gets its information from a Central Management System computer .
