Alot of the side road lights are 5M metal posts with THORN BETA 5 lanterns ( 18W SOX bulb ) , WRTL ( DAVIS ) GR70 lanterns ( SON-T bulb , Nema socket photocells ) , PHILIPS MI36 lanterns ( 55W SOX bulb ) , post top PHILIPS CPS 200 lanterns , post top JW UK LIGHTING LTD SOMERSET lanterns ( SON-E bulb ,glass refractors ) and posts and some other types of lanterns .

A lot of the mian road lights are metal posts with THORN ALPHA 8 lanterns ( SON-T bulb , metal type with white paint on them , semi-cut off bowls ) , THORN ALPHA 3 lanterns ( integral gear , SON-T bulb , semi-cut off bowls ) , post top THORN GAMMA 4 lanterns ( less gear , SON-T bulb ) and some other types of lanterns .

This is along THE PARADE and this was taken in Year Sept 1996 .

8 M ? metal posts with post top THORN GAMMA 4 lanterns ( SON-T bulb , less gear ) . Down further along this road ( THE AVENUE ) towards the sea and the lanterns change and the posts do as well .

These old metal posts has got brackets with overstay supports on them . The lanterns are side entry THORN ALPHA 3 lanterns ( integral gear , SON-T bulb , semi-cut off bowls ) .

This is in WELLINGTON SQUARE and this was taken in Year Sept 1996 .

There are some 5M heritage JW UK LIGHTING LTD SOMERSET metal posts with post top JW UK LIGHTING LTD SOMERSET lanterns ( SON-E bulbs ,glass refractors ) in WELLINGTON SQUARE .

There are some of these lanterns in MINEHEAD , WELLS , BURNHAM-ON-SEA, GLASTONBURY and FROME .
