This is along the HIGH STREET and this was taken in Year Oct 2002.

The street lights are mounted on the electrically posts and the lanterns are THORN BETA 5 lanterns (35W,18W SOX bulbs ,integral gear ) and these are group switched. The old lanterns were GEC Z5590 lanterns (less gear, GLS bulbs ? ) and these were changed in 1977-1978.
