This is along BATH STREET and this was taken in Year OCT 2002.

The street lights are 8M BRITISH STEEL posts . The lanterns are side entry THORN ALPHA 8 lanterns  ( SON-T bulbs , plastic type , integral gear , Nema socket photocells )  .

Its looks like these 8M BRITISH STEEL posts and the THORN ALPHA 8 lanterns were installed in the 90s  and the old lanterns before these were THORN ALPHA 3 lanterns (semi-cut off type bowl , less gear, SON-E bulb ,2 part photocell ) and these were on S&J metal posts.

There are some street lights which are on are on telegraph posts and these are mounted at 5M . The lanterns are side entry SIMPLEX DIADEM MAJOR lanterns ( integral gear ) .
