5M cast iron post and it has got a date on it ,2007 and my guess it was made in 2007 . It has got a post top lantern ( CosmoPolis Cosmo White bulb , miniature photocell , integral gear ) . My guess the lantern is made by URBIS .  My guess is the reflector is not in the middle of the lantern ,because of the CosmoPolis Cosmo electronic ballest . In this lantern ,the reflector is the same as the URBIS CABRIO lanterns which is in  SILVER STREET .
