In 1982 the 2 street lights on this island  were 5M metal posts with a THORN GAMMA 6 lanterns ( 35W SOX bulb , less gear , small canopy ) .

There are 2 lots of street lighting along here . One set of posts have got WRTL STELA lanterns ( Led Bulbs ) and on the other set of posts are unknown lanterns .

At night time only the WRTL STELA lanterns are working . My guess is the council is testing the WRTL STELA lanterns ( Led Bulbs ) ?
